Tetrai Yapay Zeka Teknoloji Bilişim ve İletişim Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Tetrai", "we") is the data controller for personal data processed through tetrai.tech and our products. We comply with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process the following categories of personal data: • Identification & contact data. Name, email address, phone number (if you provide it). • Communication data. The content of emails or messages you send to us. • Usage & technical data. IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, timestamps, referring URLs. • Account & transactional data. For users of our products, account identifiers, preferences, and (for paid features) limited transaction metadata. We do not store full payment card data; payment processors handle it directly.
We process personal data only when there is a valid legal basis under KVKK Article 5 / GDPR Article 6: • To provide and operate our services (performance of a contract). • To respond to inquiries and provide support (legitimate interest / contract). • To improve our products through aggregated analytics (legitimate interest, with privacy-preserving techniques where possible). • To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation). • With your explicit consent, where required by law.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share personal data only with: • Service providers acting as data processors under contract. For example, hosting (Vercel, Railway), error monitoring (Sentry), and analytics (Mixpanel, PostHog). Strictly as necessary to operate our services. • Public authorities and law enforcement, when legally required and after appropriate review. • Successors in case of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections.
Some of our service providers operate outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area. When we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms recognized under KVKK and GDPR.
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above and to satisfy legal record-keeping obligations (typically up to 10 years for commercial records under Turkish Commercial Code). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
You have the right to: • Learn whether your personal data is being processed. • Request information about how your data is processed. • Learn the purposes of processing and whether they are used in line with those purposes. • Know the third parties to whom data is transferred (in Türkiye and abroad). • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data. • Request deletion or destruction of your data, subject to legal limits. • Request that any correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to third parties to whom your data was transferred. • Object to results that are produced solely by automated systems and that produce legal effects. • Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
To exercise your rights, send a written request to contact@tetrai.tech with the subject line "Data Protection". Include sufficient information to verify your identity and clearly describe your request. We will respond within 30 days. If your request is complex, we may extend this period and inform you of the extension.
Our website does not set marketing or tracking cookies. We use only essential technical storage required to operate the site and remember your preferences. Our individual products may have their own cookie policies described in their privacy notices.
We apply industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest where applicable, access controls, and regular security reviews. To protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.
If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu. Kvkk.gov.tr) or, for EU residents, with your local Data Protection Authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern directly.
We may update this policy as our practices, products, or applicable laws change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. For material changes, we will provide additional notice through our website or by email where appropriate.
