This Trademark Policy explains how the Tetrai brand and product names may and may not be used. It applies to all marks, names, logos, and trade dress owned by Tetrai Yapay Zeka Teknoloji Bilişim ve İletişim Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Tetrai", "we").
Tetrai owns and reserves all rights in the following marks (and their visual representations, including logos and stylized forms): "Tetrai", "Szelfie", "Tootem", "Soulencer", "mobileapp.wiki", and any future product or service names introduced by Tetrai. Trademark applications for some of these marks are pending or registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT) and other jurisdictions where applicable.
You may refer to our marks in editorial, journalistic, academic, or descriptive contexts without prior written permission, provided that: • The reference is truthful and not misleading. • The use does not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with Tetrai unless such relationship exists in fact. • Our marks are spelled correctly, capitalized as shown, and not altered or combined with other marks. • You do not use our logos in a way that suggests we created or endorse third-party content.
Without our prior written permission, you may not: • Register or attempt to register any of our marks (or confusingly similar variants) as trademarks, domain names, social media handles, or business names. • Use our marks as part of your own product, service, app, or company name. • Modify our logos (color, proportions, composition) or combine them with other graphics. • Use our marks in connection with adult content, hate speech, illegal activity, or anything that disparages Tetrai or harms our reputation. • Use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation that does not exist.
We do not allow third parties to publish mobile applications, browser extensions, or websites whose names contain "Tetrai", "Szelfie", "Tootem", "Soulencer", or any of our other marks. Domain names that incorporate our marks (such as tetrai-clone.com) are not permitted and may be subject to enforcement actions including UDRP proceedings.
Press, journalists, reviewers, and content creators may use our product names and unmodified logos to refer to our products in articles, videos, podcasts, and similar editorial content. A press kit with approved logos and screenshots is available on request. Email contact@tetrai.tech.
If you believe a third party is infringing our trademarks, or if you have a question about whether your intended use is permitted, please contact us at contact@tetrai.tech with the subject line "Trademark". Include details of the use, screenshots or links, and your contact information.
We may update this Trademark Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of our marks after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
